Cheap as Free Color Picker is a colour selector that works to generate colour codes in hexadecimal format for HTML code. An application of this type is really useful for graphic designers or web developers, or also if you use a normal text editor to create a webpage.



In its interface you simply choose the colour you want, and the program tells you the hexadecimal code on-screen. For example, for black it´s #000000 while for white it´s #E15E06.



Cheap as Free Color Picker is a completely free tool and one that doesn´t take up much space: a little over 1MB.
